By accessing and using MaybeToday ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MaybeToday is a relationship connection tracking application that enables users to:

• Create and manage relationship groups
• Track connections and meetups with partners
• Vote on connection events
• Set connection frequency preferences
• Access relationship data through our API

3. User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

• Connection votes reflect your personal experience and should be honest
• Misrepresenting connection data may result in account suspension

6. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

• Use authentication tokens as provided
• Respect rate limits and usage guidelines
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our systems
• Comply with all API documentation requirements

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MaybeToday and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

MaybeToday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Termination

By You

You may delete your account at any time through the application settings or by contacting us.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the Service in a manner harmful to other users
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
