Support

Quick answers to common questions. If you can't find what you need, email hello@coreleap.digital and a person will reply, usually within two working days.

Writing to us? Send it from the email address you use for Maybe Today and tell us your device (iPhone or Android). Please don't include passwords or anything from your journal.

Your account

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password. We'll email you a 6-digit code that works for 30 minutes. Enter it in the app and choose a new password. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

I used Maybe Today before

Maybe Today 2.0 is a rebuild of the same app. Update the app and sign in with the same email and password.

How do I change my name or email?

You can change your name in Profile. To change the email address on your account, email us from your current address.

Plus and subscriptions

Cancel or manage Plus on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Settings and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then Maybe Today.
  3. Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.

Or, in Maybe Today: Profile, then Plus, then Manage subscription.

Cancel or manage Plus on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Maybe Today and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal or trial end date to avoid being charged. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.

I paid but Plus isn't active

In Maybe Today, go to Profile, then Plus, and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with. If it still doesn't work, email us with the date of purchase.

Refunds

Apple and Google process all payments, so refunds are requested from them: on iPhone at reportaproblem.apple.com, on Android through your Google Play order history.

Connecting with your partner

How do I invite my partner?

With Plus, go to Profile, then Partner, then Invite partner. Share the link or the 6-character code. Invites last 7 days. Your partner installs Maybe Today and opens the link or enters the code under “Have a code?”. They join free: one Plus covers you both.

Why does it say our connection is paused?

One Plus covers you both. If either of you subscribes, you both get shared features and Maybe Today Guide while you're connected, and your partner can join with your code without paying. If the subscription ends and neither of you has Plus, the connection pauses. Your history stays, and everything resumes as soon as either of you renews.

How do I disconnect?

Profile, then Partner, then Disconnect. Shared history stays visible to both of you, read-only.

Privacy and your data

Turn off anonymous usage stats

Maybe Today counts a few things anonymously, like “a check-in happened”, never what you logged. To stop it, go to Profile, then Privacy, and turn off Share anonymous usage stats.

Export my data

Settings, then Export my data, creates a file with everything in your account.

Turn off Maybe Today Guide

Settings, then Maybe Today Guide, then turn off data sharing. Maybe Today Guide stops sending any data until you turn it back on.

Delete my account

In the app: Profile, then Delete account. Or use our web deletion page. Read the privacy policy for what's deleted and when.
